Terms of Service
Welcome to XReply. By accessing or using this website, the cloud API, and the browser extension (together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
XReply uses AI to help generate, switch, and rewrite reply text in X (formerly Twitter) conversations. The Service includes:
- Browser extension: grey suggestion text and shortcuts in supported browsers on X reply UI;
- Cloud mode: sign in with X, use hosted model quota and cloud prompts;
- Bring-your-own API mode: your OpenAI-compatible endpoint; requests do not go through our servers.
The Service is provided “as is”; features, models, and plans may change. The site is operated at x.asiones.com.
2. Accounts & sign-in
- Cloud mode uses 𝕏 OAuth only; you must be authorized to use the X account you connect.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for securing your devices and sessions. Contact us and revoke app access on X if you suspect unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, or legal reasons.
3. Plans, fees & refunds
- Free and paid plan limits and prices are as shown on the site or extension settings; daily quotas reset on the UTC day boundary.
- Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You agree to complete payment and manage subscriptions via their checkout and billing portal terms.
- Unless required by law or we agree in writing, fees already charged are generally non-refundable. After cancellation you usually keep access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the free plan.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law, X platform rules, or other third-party terms;
- Use the Service to generate harassment, fraud, infringement, hate, sexual exploitation of minors, or other harmful content;
- Interfere with, scrape, or attack infrastructure, or bypass quotas, security, or authentication;
- Resell or reverse-engineer the Service (except where law allows), or abuse the cloud API for bulk automation outside the product’s intended use;
- Impersonate others or use someone else’s X account without authorization.
You are solely responsible for content you generate and publish. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate—review before posting.
5. Intellectual property
- XReply branding, UI, docs, and software (excluding your content and third-party content) belong to us or our licensors.
- You retain rights to your inputs; you grant us a license to process them as needed to provide the Service (including sending them to model providers).
- “X”, “Twitter”, and related marks belong to their owners; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp. unless stated in writing.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on X, Stripe, Cloudflare, LLM providers, and others. Their availability and policies may affect us. In BYO mode you deal directly with your API provider under their terms and billing.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. AI output is not professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Service; our total liability related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the relevant paid service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if free). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; then mandatory law applies.
9. Indemnity
If your breach of these terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement causes third-party claims, you agree to indemnify us for reasonable resulting losses and costs to the extent allowed by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and sign out at any time. We may suspend or end the Service for breach, abuse, long inactivity, or shutdown. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. liability limits, IP) remain in effect.
11. Privacy
Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and the effective date on this page. Continued use after material changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law & disputes
Subject to mandatory law, these terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise by a court of competent jurisdiction.
